The experience was outstanding, it was fast, no real pressure to make a deal but once we decided to purchase the deal was done quickly and to our satisfaction.

I was there to buy a used one and Aaron made us a great offer for a brand new Accent then I picked it up today. Everything is just excellent. Thank you Aaron, thank you Adam, thank you Kevin. You guys are nice, polite and very professional. Toes up opps I mean thumbs!

When I first walked into the dealership no one got up and helped me, my fiancée and Father. We walked around for about 10 minutes before as hone acknowledged us. We saw an SUV we liked and decided to see if I could be preapproved. I wanted to see if I could get approved on my own and the rep decided to take my fiancée's information as well. There were no negotiations and offers on providing any deals. I was approved on my own and we signed the papers. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new car and expected the reps to guide me through the process in an honest way. My friend had purchased a car from Hyundai on Bank Street and she had the most amazing experience with price breaks and all. There was a lot of back and forth on when my car was to arrive which I get cause I work at a Distribution Center. I was told that my car had been sold to someone else and that I was upgraded to a higher model which I thought would have been free of charge however when I went in to pick up my car to only find out that I was still paying the difference. My experience was ok and has left me with the impression that all dealerships are the same. Vince was good and kept me in the loop as best he could.

It was my first time buying a car , used , and Kevin was absolutely wonderful to work with . He was very helpful , and the entire staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

When I picked up my new Tuson, the windows were NOT cleaned, and the window oustside trim on both passenger and driver side are installed correctly. I will be coming in have this looked at when I bring in my winter tires to have them installed.
