Dealing with this service is the worse experience I ever had!
My experience can be sumurise in few words: people dealing with customers within this department has NO MANERS, ZERO PROFETIONALISM and on top of all are EXTREMLY IMPOLITE! Specially a guy name Gary! In one word it was a NIGHTMARE! Be sure that I will market my experience around me!

Bait and Switch
I made myself clear before coming in as to what I was looking for and wanted. The sales man texted me and kept in communication until I was there. Once there he told me the car had JUST sold. Then said it sold hours before; and tried up up-sell me on a car I didnt want to buy. Did not listen to me at all, and harassed me with text messages after I left.
Beyond horrible client service, marketing schemes. Would avoid like the plague.

Tran Tuan, Hyundai on Hunt Club
I recently purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe from Tran. The one I originally hoped to purchase was sold earlier to someone else. Tran kept me informed of possible options of interest, as they came in to the dealer. He always dealt with me in a very professional, friendly and courteous manner. Perhaps more importantly, he was very fair and did not try to pressure me into a sale. I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience with Tran. The next time I need to make another car purchase, Tran will be at the top of my list.

Annoying Robo-calls
We used Hyundai on Hunt Club for service on our car once over our dealer on the west end. Since then, I have received robotic phone calls weekly, mailers every couple of weeks which has just become ridiculously annoying. I have called and requested to be removed from this list, and yet, I received another robotic voice mail today. Even if I WAS a regular customer of yours, this is the quickest way to make sure I am not one any longer.
