Did not feel valued
After I signed the bill of sale, the remainder of my experience was okay. I felt that the follow up was lacking. Vince made me feel that once his sale was complete he didn't need to follow through anymore. The business manager Johnny was the only one that made me feel valued, even though I didn't take any insurances or financing. I was promised a paint pen, which never happened. When I text Vince to follow up, he ignored my text, even though he told me he would get it and call me. I would not refer any friends or colleagues to purchase a vehicle from him after he failed to follow up with me. I ended up purchasing a paint pen from another dealership.

Service was very friendly and quick .
The service was great from Adam with the financing to Jonas when I went to see the cars and when he explained everything to me when I picked up the car , staff is very friendly . I would recommend your dealership to friends .

I love buying Hyundais -- and Tran's the best!
Tran worked hard for us; taking the time to find out our needs and desires in a car, showing us all the features of the Elantra and getting us a good deal. All the while, making our purchase a fun experience.
