Hyundai On Hunt Club

I was very happy with the service and personal attention provided to me by Naim Salem at the Hyundai dealership on Hunt Club. Naim found the exact car I wanted and he provided me with regular updates on its arrival from out of town. He negotiated a competitive purchase price and expressed concern and delivered action to address my concerns, thus alleviating the stresses I was feeling in buying a new 2017 Tuscon. My 1st car purchase in 15 years. He was able to ensure the car I received was perfectly new / unused with the interior shipping plastic still in the car and only 11 kms on the odometer. He was responsive to my phone calls and personally drove the car to fill tank with gas prior to my pick-up. He recognized I was a cautious and picky customer and wanted to assure me the car was not raced, abused, or had anyone joy-ride in it. He also arranged the car to arrive on a trailer rather than have it driven to the dealership in Ottawa, from Montreal.

Thanks to Tran for his knowledge and expertise in helping us chose the right vehicle for our needs.. Although the vehicle had some kilometres, some great ad ins made the deals that much sweeter and some good negotiations.

Jamie paid close attention to my needs. He didn't put on the "pressure". He answered all my questions and made me an enjoyable experience.
