Bedford greeted us outside, he was very friendly, asking our names, even my teenager for whom we were buying the car. Always looking to answer our questions, and referred our demandes to his supervisor, and came back with a satisfied response for us.

My total experience was the best.
II had decided on another Toyota product..but .because I was not happy with the service there (for the last year) I couldn't be bothered looking around...and putting up with the same thing in another dealership.
While I was avoiding making my decision,. my son suggested I should try a Honda CR-V if I was looking at a Rav-4 and said he would accompany me. I tried one and loved the car and your representative Jason was very professional..
I loved the car and probably was ready for a change after 10 years of Rav-4 and four Toyota products. The product has always served me well...but the sales service is not acceptable.
