Friendly service

Was greeted as soon as I entered the show room. Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable and found exactly what I was looking for efficiently. This is my 4th Honda and Moncton Honda has never disappointed!

Completely satisfied with the help I received

Went above and beyond to answer all my questions, was very helpful when I had a hard time choosing a vehicle, was quick to call back when I had more questions. The service was amazing.

Not sure if I will be returning

I recently bought a certified used vehicle from Moncton Honda in which I was very pleased with the sales team and how stress free the process was but a couple weeks later I noticed the whole rear cargo area was completely soaked with water, full of road grime and salt. Come to find out, the rear tailgate and hatch are leaking in water and letting in debris. I then contacted the salesman who sold me the vehicle and his recommendation was to call the service department. I called service looking for a solution for getting it fixed for me, the simple three worded response from the service rep was "It's a Jeep..." expecting that justifies a $25,000+ vehicle acceptable to leaks. They will not help make things right and overall I'm not happy with the experience.. To say the least I will be skeptical on returning

happy with the sales side but not service side
