Gratitude...
I am incredibly impressed with the knowledge, care and attention shown to me when i bought my first new car! All staff were friendly, personable and extremely helpful-especially Glenn Miller (NOT the band leader!) Thank you all for a very positive experience!

Disappointed
Im new to buying cars from a dealership and when I came to Moncton Honda they made me feel like family it was a good experience while I was in there buying the car initially at first , right away I had issues with the car they did fix them , gave me the run-around for a part but I actually end up calling and getting it dropped off to them, was only given ONE KEY and was told that they were going to look for the other one now I am told that the key was not with the vehicle and that Honda will NOT give me a spare key , so therefore I am out almost $400 as I need a spare key and spending this much money on a vehicle and it doesn't even come with a spare key is very disappointing, the lack of care after u have the vehicle is upsetting , I wouldn't buy another vehicle from here , it was my first experience and wasn't what I'd hoped for but was exactly like what I did expect from a dealership that's why I stayed away from them in the first place .
