Hi Donna, we are sorry to hear that your oil change took longer than expected. Many of our procedures have changed surrounding COVID 19 and cleaning a vehicle before and after service as well as allowing vehicles to sit before our advisors disinfect them has made our times increase slightly. We also try our best to prioritize vehicles that are being waited on, so we are very sorry to hear that your wait time was longer than expected.
