Excellent experience
On a recent trip from Saskatchewan to Ontario, while in Winnipeg we noticed an oil leak at the rear differential on our suv. We took the vehicle to Murray gm on Waverly. It was immediately inspected and diagnosed to require new axle seals. The parts were ordered, the repair done quickly and we were even supplied with a rental for the time. Kayla Bender our service advisor went out of her way to get us back on the road in a short period of time. Thanks also to Craig Hominick and the service department for a great experience. Mandeep Singh
I do not normally present reviews but in the case of my current vehicle purchase feel a need to single out Mandeep S (sales) for his knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and very prompt handling of my purchase interests. I have acquired new vehicles in Winnipeg for over 40 years and, in all this time, have not been through a better purchase process. I will have no problem in doing future business with MURRAY CHEV largely because of sales personnel like Mandeep. LFS

Warranty Not Redeemed
My husband had bought his truck at Murray Chevrolet Olds Dealership in 2016. He died in January 2024 and I was told he had a warranty until June 2024. When I called to set up the car repair appointment, they said they had made a mistake. The warranty had expired. I told them that I thought they should honor their verbal comments, but they said that they wouldn't. I felt that was poor customer service. I think they should have stuck to their first offer. I won't be buying a vehicle in their business, in the future.

Frustrating Service
Purchased a 2016 Malibu from Murray, the purchasing was alright, very heavy pressure for rust protection but most dealers are like this. Over the last 3 years my car turbo freezes up, I’ve taken it in for service and everyone tells me this is a common thing with no real fix. Last winter in 2021 I was they would order a part for me, call me when it’s in. No one called, when I followed up I never heard back. Took my car in for service this fall, asked about the part and still no reply. Called today and spoke with a service advisor who transferred me to a voice mail box. My car barely works in the winter as the check engine light is always on for the turbo, the only fix they have is to zip tie cardboard to the grill. I’m at a loss for words to their resolution.
