Always Good

John was a perfect salesman, he showed concern for our purchase and helped in the decision making. He was not look for the sale and trying to close the deal immediately. We will use John again.

Good service, good people

I was sent a reminder message for appointment. I was met at scheduled time warmly. Courtesy car provided as required. All issued regarding my vehicle were explained before and after service. Thank you Murray Chevrolet employees especially Rennie Verschere, Phyllis Stefanyshyn

Service

Just not satisfied with how you guys allow your products to fall apart without any pride in making it better. Terrible ! And no calls returned in a timely manner and attitude huge from girl at GM Canada I would not have someone like her in my company terrible for buisness. Number one rule listen to the customer

Tracy , I am sorry I was away in training last week . I understand that Gm has came to the party and are covering the repairs with a $100.00 deductible . Worst service Ever!

I don't even know where to begin ... the salesman called me to tell em about the special promotion and that I was due for both a wheel alignment and an oil changed so I booked right there on the phone. I get to my appointment and not only did I have to wait in line for 30 minutes (why bother booking a time slot then) but the lady gave me my invoice for payment for when the work would be completed and it was almost $260 more than the original phone quote. After speaking to numerous "managers" they finally decided to honor the phone appointment price (thank gosh). I got the work done, went in to pay and had to go over everything all over again .... talk about being disorganized. Now to top it off, a couple month later my oil change light comes on! Impossible, I thought as just got one ... the bleepin' dummies didn't rest the light so I had to go back yet again. No apologies, no nothing ... worst place ever! I had a gift card with almost $80 left over and gave it away to a customer behind as will never ever ever return to this place!
