I was very pleased with our Experience purchasing our new Buick Encore
Staff was very helpful. Sales agent Tyler looked after us well. Explanation of all the features of the car was very helpful

Buyer Beware
It was the 2nd car I have purchased from Georgian ... but it was the 1st time leasing a car... it was not explained to me at the time of purchasing a new vehicle, that it would reduce the warranty if I leased ..... instead of buying it cash.... I feel that this was misleading from the beginning and feel cheated ...
I also feel that I was charged twice for the Admin. fees, which were never explained either ... and the Customer Service person who finalized the payment with me ... had the manners of a rock .....
He spent more time telling me that he had been doing this for 39 years ... rather than address my concerns ... perhaps it is time for him to move on ...
Not happy with your service ... or Customer Service ....
You have become the same as the GM dealer on Bayfield ... terrible service .... terrible "After Service" ....
You will say anything to get the sale... omit the negative items at purchasing .... and say whatever you have to ... to make the sale..... again ... I found this to be misleading ...
Not Very Professional ... I am glad sales are good for you ... as I will do everything I can to deter anyone from buying your cars ... by telling them what happened to me ...
I wanted to buy another car ... but it will definitely "NOT" be from you ..
I am Very Disappointed with Georgian Chevrolet ...

Poor service.
I bought the car for cash on Monday and picked it up on Friday. The windows were not tinted and Brad never told me I could have heated seats installed when I mentioned I was sorry the car didn't come with them . Tyler was busy when I picked up the car and didn't have time to go over car features. I also wanted a print out of the car features. Hope I get that. I came in knowing what I wanted and was a very easy customer.
I was appalled on Friday to find the young lady at reception eating her Chinese food at the front desk, chewing away while trying to have a conversation. You must have a lunch toom.
I know have to bring my car in on Wednesday for the work to be completed. My time is valuable to my and I feel it is not to Georgian.

On behalf of the Dealership, we apologize for the confusion regarding the tint of your vehicle & for having to come back today to have the situation rectified. A loaner vehicle was arranged for you, to limit the inconvenience. We also apologize for our Receptionist's behaviour; while we do try our best to accommodate our staff so they can enjoy their lunch away from the desk, the business of a Friday of a long weekend did not warrant this. I've purchased my last 3 new cars through APA since I truly dislike the negotiation process that is common and sometimes stressful. I visited Georgian to test drive a new Canyon - not buy one. But Wayne made the process comfortable, and I ended up buying my truck at a price that was acceptable to me. Follow up service was great.
