Bad Service - Bad Vehicle
My 2012 Tiguan; still owe $2400 0% financing; recently paid $400US -hatch/motor replacement, $1000US - front brakes replacement, $450US - reartire replacement . Now, Turbo booster system $0000 replacement, fortunately covered under warranty and ADDITIONALLY front coil spring assembly cracked, est. $1200. Bytek provided a brand new loaner, but 2 days later had an unexplained flat, had to pay $176 for new tire on a car I don't even own! THANKS FOR NOTHING...WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS AGAIN OR BUY ANOTHER VOLKSWAGON !

We love our new Tiguan! JD Brown has been a great salesperson, very knowledgeable, supportive, professional, personable and persistent without being pushy. We were delighted to purchase a car from him and the dealership.
