TDI return and bought new 2017 GOLF

Flawless process, even to the point of our new vehicle was not ready and they gave us a loaner for 2 weeks. I have never been a loyal customer when it comes to buying a vehicle but Bytek has changed that for me. Thanks Lesley and JD you guys were great. Thanks again for everything.

Bytek review

The staff at Bytek provide excellent service, with a smile. We really appreciated that they helped us through the diesel buy-back fiasco. Everyone, from the service department, sales and management is top-notch. Our sales consultant, JD Brown was wonderful. Thank you Bytek!

Best car buying experience ever!

Our experience with Bytek VW was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new golf sport-wagon. Kris Peshev was our sales associate and he made us feel like we were buying a car from an old friend. It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you so much Kristian! It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I would like to thank Alex for a job well done. From our first meeting to signing the final papers his knowledge and professional attitude were exceptional. He was patient and answered my many questions. I love my new VW Golf and have passed on his name to others who are interested in buying. Best of luck in the future Alex. Customer Service has really declined in the past 6 months

I have been a loyal customer for over seven years and normally have good service. However, in November 2016, I had to bring my car in to the Bytek body shop for rust repair which is covered by the warranty. I started the process in the summer and it took months to get an appointment just to take photos, schedule the work, etc. It took them twice as long to fix the car as they had quoted me, and since they do not work on the weekend, I had to get a car rental for 9 days (when I was quoted maximum 5). They promised to pay for 3 of the extra days after I complained, but the rental company still charged me for the full amount. I have been going back and forth with them for four months, and each month they reassured me it was taken care of, but it never was. I eventually got fed up and called Enterprise directly and they credited me within days, no fuss, no hassle. To make matters worse, after only four months, the rust issues are back, so I will need to go through this awful process all over again. I also called the Service department to schedule another appointment 3 weeks ago and Called a number of times and could not reach a live person to speak to. I ended up leaving a message and they never returned my call. This past year, their customer service has really gone downhill. Assuming my warranty work is covered at all VW dealerships, I am planning on switching all my future appointments (body shop and service) to the Taylor Creek location.
