Salesperson was very helpful business manager (Sunny) worst experience have ever had.
After negotiating a price for my vehicle I was going through the closing process and noticed a $1620 charge for insurance on the Scotia loan agreement. I was told that it was required even though the signed for said this was optional, I also noticed a $1750 charge for a protection plan that I had not been informed about. I was told it was required by the Scotia dealer plan agreement. This totaled $3370 in charges I was not aware of All for a loan amount of $8727.
I asked for my certified check back and was refused. Was told it was now mine whether I wanted it or not. Your business manager How do you think I should rate this experience?
