Great customer service and very helpful.
I put in my interest on a vehicle on the KIA on bank website and Moudie called me up to ask how he could help. He was extremely accommodating and I booked a test drive for the same evening. He showed us everything we were interested in but wasn't too pushy. I went back the next day after doing my research and he helped me get the deal I was looking for. Do your research and shop around but give these guys consideration, they are willing to work out a great deal with awesome customer service.

The knowledgeable staff made the process smooth and quick, great service.
The service was great from the start. From being warmly greeted by Sunny Chadha, the Business Manager, upon entering the dealership to getting our keys and vehicle intro. from the Sales Rep. Mohamed Al Alwani.
My wife and I are expecting twin boys anytime now. Mohamed made the purchasing process very smooth and relaxing for us which made my wife very happy.
Sunny clearly explained all the financing, service and warranty to us which, in my experience, can sometimes seem somewhat complicated.
We are extremely happy with the quick, professional and efficient service we received at the Bank Street Dilawri Kia dealership!!

Surprisingly client service oriented
The vehicle (Kia Soul) was prepared on time, and was plated with the Quebec car plate at the expected time and date. The deal made was excellent. It encourages me to buy another car with Kia. Unless the new Kia Soul I purchased at Bank Street Kia comes up with unexpected mechanical or electrical problems, I plan to purchase another Kia later.
