We had an excellent experience in purchasing a used car from Bank Street Kia. Our sales representative Moudie was knowledge and direct as we had a limited time and set budget to work with. The process was quick and painless and the car was delivered at the time promised. Great experience overall.

I was about to give up on Kia after dealing with another dealership (one person there made the experience unpleasant). Then I decided to go back to the Bank Street Kia dealership where I had purchased two other vehicles over the past years. Well I must say it was like night and day. I recently got into a car accident and I was not mentally ready to shop or negotiate on a new vehicle. The team at Bank street Kia made my shopping experience so easy and positive. It started with meeting Moudy who was so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! He helped me decide on a model and worked wholeheartedly on getting me a good deal on a 2018 Kia sportage and made me feel so appreciated as a client! I then dealt with Ralph (finance manager) who was awesome to deal with! He provided me with a lot of insight and worked his best to get me the vehicle with the specifications that I wanted. He promised to deliver early and he did! Last but not least, all the employees at Bank st Kia were amazing. Every time I walked in there, everyone greeted me and was so friendly!
