Excellent salesman.....knew his stuff.....terrific people skills......sales manager and loans person ....very poor.....loans person didn’t know who I was the next day ......sales manager rushed to speak to me as I was leaving to insist I give good marks on a survey ......the salesman should have been the sales manager.....anxious to see how I am treated at my oil change

It was my first time bringing my car in and I was getting winter tires put on. I had an appointment at 9am and was told they would call me when they were done. I did not receive a call and it was 4pm so I called and they told me that it would be ready for 5pm. They never told me a time they just said they would call. They told me that I signed the paper stating I agreed to a 5pm pick up. I thought what I was signing was what was being done as that's all that was told to me. I didn't think it would take 8 hours to put tires on. In the future I will always make sure I get a time confirmed. The sales manager did apologize but I wish I was given an estimate for the pick up time and if it took longer than expected a phone call to delay the pick up. I felt out of the loop after the fact and never thought it would be that long as my mother has been going there for years and never waited that long for service.

I just brought my car in for a tire change. The service agent, Jessica, was not pleasant to deal with at all which unfortunately made for a less positive experience than it would could have been. She made it seem that we needed an alignment which we did not need. Then she only begrudgedly and while being condescending allowed us to take the shuttle to the mall to pass the two hours they told us it would take to change the tires. I was told that they would call when the car was done. After almost 3 hours at the mall, and no word, I called the dealership to ask for a status update on the car tire change. Jessica told me the shuttle would be there any minute. I guess it was a good thing I called.

Courteous and friendly staff. Provided information in a straight forward and intelligent manner and very professional. Completely happy with whole experience.
