Amazing staff from the top down!!
This vehicle purchase at Myers was excellent. The entire staff from the manager down are professionals. The teamwork of their team is evident. Our salesman "Vin" was funny, thoughtful and very attentive to our needs.

A mess.
1. Sales told us we were not approved before it was found out we were in fact approved.
2. Did not complete all the signing during the intial visit and had to leave work in order to sign.
3. Sales did not communicate with experts ended up having winter tires included despite that not being part of the deal. Ended up returning the tires.
4. First payment was double charged. Call the dealership and said it was because it was declined. Called finance directly to find the information was put in twice. They ended up refunding one of the charges.

Above and Beyond the expected service.
We arrived at the wrong dealer. The salesman we were in touch with was at the Myers' Buick dealership. Our first contact at the Nissan dealership was Abigail. After some searching she called the Buick dealership and had the SUV delivered to us. Then we wanted to attach the On Star to my cell phone. She wasn't able to so took us the the Buick dealership to have a more experienced person attempt the activation. It failed. She advised that I need to call On Star to have them upgrade the software. I noticed that the tire pressure showed on the monitor as being under specs. It was immediately taken care of. I wanted to know when the oil was changed. The Service Manager let us know that he had no record for it so our first oil change will be no charge. The finance person, Mark, was also very helpful and had the finance set up quickly.

The transmission needs to be changed less than 4 weeks after buying the car.
The salesperson was amazing, however the car is bad experience for us. Less than 4 weeks after buying the car the transmission needs to be changed. We feel very sad and unhappy with the car already.
