Empty promises forced buy

Purchased a 2015 jeep wrangler Everything on it was suppose to be fixed and a good vehicle and they also told me that in 6 months i would be able to get the vehicle i want. Car showed up 3 months late missing parts keys wont work in door locks so cant even lock the vehicle!! Not detailed car looked like it was off roading before they dropped it off called about broken pieces upon drop off and was told service would contact me 7 months later still nothing! Suspension is gone keys dont work missing interior trim!! I was told everything would be taken care of and it wasn’t! Over priced not helpful!! I would recommend finding any other dealership!! Unless you feel like being ripped off worst car buying experience ever felt forced into buying something i did not want with there empty promises

They lie and decieve

We I bought the truck during covid.They said I could not test drive it but don't worrie if I have any issues that will address them. Of coarse I had oil leaks windshield washer leak.Tires are so cheap they cannot balance them . After having to direct them to the oil leak they finally fixed it after 3 visits but still the windshield washer leaks .After me again having to show them were the leak is they put a bandage on it so it would not leak.WELL HECK 2 MONTHS LATER IT LEAKS AGAIN.They just care about getting it past the 30 day warranty. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER deal with them.

You had brought your vehicle in with complaints of an oil leak, antifreeze leak, and tire alignment issues, and we fixed each item at no charge to yourself. It is not in the interest of our mechanics or our dealership as a whole to attempt to run out our 30-day warranty, and we have frequently shouldered the costs of repairs for customers who had brought a problem to us after their 30 days have expired. We've also been determined advocates for our customers in terms of warranty coverage with third-party companies, such as negotiating on their behalf to get parts covered that are not included in their warranty. On multiple occasions, we have even covered the difference between what their warranty covers and what the actual cost of service is. We have a generous rewards program for customers who refer people our way and that program would not be a success if we were, as you claim, liars and deceivers who are not interested in resolving our customers' problems. A little mix up

4 years ago I purchased the truck from Empire Auto. Recently I had money come out of my account that was taken by Empire Auto Group. I contacted Sami and he very quickly read snow to the bank to resolve the situation. As I am away from home I really appreciate that they took the matter seriously. The bank had given them incorrect information resulting in money being withdrawn from my account. I have seen a ton of bad reviews but from my personal experience I have never had an issue in dealing with anyone from Empire Auto Group. I will be back again shortly for a new truck.

Terrible

I would never recommend Empire Auto Group!!!! I cannot leave a review on their page for some reason (probably because too many people are leaving negative reviews) however I will make sure to let friends and family know to stay away “danger” I purchased a vehicle and purchased the warranty and they did not keep to the warranty and charged me in the last two day over seven hundred dollars of which 370 was for a battery and a tow. (Both were covered under the warranty) RIDICULOUS No empathy no help NO RESPECT was given to my situation. Very disappointed in the service , the people that handled the situation and especially DOUG,MOE and SAM. All condescending and arrogant. I have never been interrupted to have someone put their two cents in on what my problem is until dealing with this company. Tracked down the owners phone number NIC to let him know how poorly they were handling the situation And he had one of his staff call me and offer no empathy or respect or SOLUTIONS to my situation. I’m going to another car lot that is trusted and refinancing so I never have to deal with EMPIRE AUTO dealership again! They are located on Dundas street Past veterans: If you want good service and reliable people as well as a reliable vehicle which is MOST important DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EMPIRE locations on Dundas or Southdale motors location.

Shit

Not only was he charged for everything that was "covered" under the warranty that was paid for, they left him carless for a total of almost 2 weeks. .. Never ever ever go to Empire Auto Group. You will not only get a lemon of a vehicle but will be fucked over every time
