Issue resolved
Took vichical in for engine light on they replacd battery upon pic up told alternator needed replacement asked if okay to drive vehicles for weekend they said yes vehicle stopped had to be towed to Toyota when picked up thier was damage to vehicle they repaired solved issue

Karen very quickly established a strong rapport with myself and before I knew it we were finding no shortage of things to laugh about. Great people skills , made me feel incredibly comfortable and never once did I feel pressured. If she is still there when its time to replace this one there is no doubt in my mind that she will be the first person I call.
Excellent Employee! She deserves a demo upgrade for sure ;)

Appointments made, work done in a timely manner, and always delivered in a very courteous manner.
.Thr staff is very personable and responsive. The car care for both vehicles has been well explained and implemented so that the vehicles and we as customers are well looked after. The review of the costs incurred and explanation of the charges is always done in a very professional, courteous manner. When I leave the dealership, I always believe that I got the "best bang for $ spent!"
