Amazing
I woke up on a Monday morning decided it was time to purchase a new car, I already knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek so I call Race Auto Group. Spoke with Jayden and he had me hooked up with a new ride that day. He knew I wanted the car so he made it happen fast, I picked it up Tuesday at supper time. Had it for about a month now and I have no complaints. They were great to deal with and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Trade in, loan payout
Closed a deal on February 20 2025, couldn't take possession of the new vehicle until a week later, February 28. A check was finally sent by snail mail March 5, 2025, it is now March 14, 2025, and my previous loan is still active and not paid off, as was expected. Not one person at the Lr Sackville office seemed genuinely interested in helping to fix this. The ONLY person who actually tried to help through this is in the account office, in the truro location, that is Courtney MacKenzie. The rest off the staff could stand to learn from her interest

Major red flag - shady company
I shared a google review regarding I shared a google review regarding my experience I was honest about it and the mistakes made and how their salesman treated me. They responded immediately when defending Jayden. Well Jayden sold me a car with the wrong sticker, he ghosted after signing the papers, I waited and waited for him to communicate when I could pick up the vehicle, yet their owner couldn’t even apologize for their mistake made. He blamed service on my poor credit. I know my credit isn’t great but that doesn’t explain improper sticker and salesmen ghosting you after signing papers. They’ve ruined a future relationship with not only me but my family considering my dad bought multiple vehicles over the last few years from race auto. Very very disappointed in the lack of ownership, responsibility taken when it comes to them making a mistake. I never once in my review said Jayden was a bad person but the owner only cares to defend his character for some reason? Maybe apologize for the mistake instead of doubling down and blaming my credit situation? Did you guys put a 1 year MVI on my car when it was supposed to have 2 year? Yup! Did Jayden call and text at all hours while I was busy at work, and ignored my stated biweekly budget? Yup! Did Jayden pretty much ghost once I signed the papers to purchase? Yes! Whenever a customer has a bad experience with Race Auto they LOVEEE to blame ur credit situation even though that’s no excuse for poor customer service, and not putting proper MVI stickers on cars as stated in the contract signed. Horrible customer service
very poor service I felt like I was being pressured in buying a vehicle from them I even come out and told them that there was three of them messaging me at the same time and then there was a $500
promotion they had going on if you upgrade your vehicle from February 1 to February 20
you would receive a $500 visa apparently I did not qualify for this because after they told me, I got such a good deal on my vehicle, which I did not get that great of a deal and before you buy a vehicle from them, they constantly message you but soon as you get the they don't want nothing to do with you. Very poor service.
Next time I will be going elsewhere, but this is my third vehicle from them this is the worst experience l've ever had. I would not recommend them. The promotion does not state if you get a good deal on a vehicle that you do not receive the $500 promotion
