We were very pleased with the "shopping" experience at Haldimand Motors.We were able to test drive the vehicles were we interested in with no pressure. The vehicle that we purchased is in excellent shape except for a crack on the passenger side mirror ,which is now on order to be replaced at no cost to us.The vehicle was very clean inside and out and gassed up for us on our arrival for pick up. George was easy to deal with and friendly and polite on all our visits.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the vehicle. This may be due to the fact that there is no carpeting on the floor, just mats, but there were areas with dirt accumulation that could have been taken care of.

Two items that need to be reviewed one fill the gas tank .. and second take a photo of the owner picking up there new vehicle my salesman was great. but the deatailing and marks that was supposed to be removed wasn't other than that i am glad i bought my car from haldimand motors . thanks

We had a good idea of what we were looking for and Haldimand had a wide selection of SUVs that fit into that range including make, model, year, kms and price. Speaking of price we felt that most of the vehicles we were interested in were priced appropriately. We certainly enjoyed the no questions and unhurried approach of the staff as we worked through the test driving of some 7-8 vehicles the first day. Upon our return we we had it whittled down to two. Once our selection was made the sales force walked us through the paperwork and the next steps. They were very clear of what was required and when the vehicle would be ready. We received a phone call the day before the appointed pick up time advising us that the vehicle was ready. We appreciated this and all was in order and ready to go once we arrived.

this was my first experience ever, having to purchase a vehicle on my own. I was scared and nervous not knowing what to expect. the staff left me to my own devices to test drive the cars at my own leisure. I appreciated the friendliness and the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere... when I finally made my decision george was there to answer any questions I had without pressure and made the experience of purchasing the vehicle simple, easy, and pleasant- contrary to what I had anticipated. I would definately recommend haldimand to my friends and family.... thanks again george- I'm loving my new to me Kia Rondo!
