Experience was on time, everything executed to my satisfaction and special care requests were accommodated.

Experience was excellent, all requirements were met on time and the special srevice requests were met. The convenience of the service is also a contributing factor to my experience rating.

Great courteous service

Regular service plus advise on what other services required. Good explanation and attitude. Prompt service and finished when promised. Clean and tidy premises.

last service event

had left rear wheel bearing in CTS replaced. immediately felt a "wobble" when driving at 30km. returned vehicle a few weeks later. was told that the wobble was caused by the tires. felt like I was being told "something" just to say that the "wobble" could not possibly be caused by a "possible" defective wheel bearing. 60 days left on the lease.

I was moved from area to area to find my repair bill and locate someone who could answer a question about my equinox.

I went in for an oil change, mentioned the recall for ail usage, then got sent back and forth to get the bill and even to buy one more product. It took a while and 3 or 4 employees to answer a question about my vehicle hands free system. Please note that at all times everyone I met was polite, respectful, and worked to help me. I raise this not as a staff issue, but as an internal operation procedure issue. Your service staff always speak to me as a customer in a friendly manner with a goal to help out.
