Holiday Stress
Not the usual purchase experience as it as predicated by an incident that left us scrambling for wheels. vacation had been booked for shortly after Christmas so pressure was on. John met us on 2 days notice, had a vehicle prepped for a test drive and reasons for his vehicle selection provided. He provided assistance with the insurance settlement and had the vehicle ready for pick up the Thursday following our Saturday test drive. we are back from holidays and are quite impressed with the performance of our 2018 equinox.

Excellent Service
The Customer Service at Nurse Chevrolet was excellent! The whole experience was great. Blair was very helpful, and (sorry I can't remember his name), but the gentleman that did the review of my Truck was really great. He explained everything perfectly. I have had no issues so far.

Friendly and efficiently done.
The sales rep Alicia Buschert was very patient and thorough throughout the entire process.. She answered all questions clearly without giving us a hard sell we had been to other car dealerships and liked the friendly service.. it was a positive experience..

Above and beyond
This is second survey that I have filled out. I would normally not even do one, however, I believe in giving credit when credit is due. We have never purchased a vehicle with so much attention to detail and meeting customer satisfaction. Not sure how you could improve the experience. Both Blair our sales rep and Ryan our product specialist made the car buying experience a definite pleasure! We won't be needing another vehicle anytime soon but when we do, we know for sure where we are going!!!

Great
My experience at Nurse was great. Peter and Lisa were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely return to Nurse in the future.
