Awesome Service!
I came in not sure what I wanted in a vehicle. Scott took me around the lot and showed me vehicles I hadn’t even considered. I am very happy with the car I left with, and I wouldn’t have chosen it if I hadn’t gone to Laird Wheaton. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

My Buick Encore awesome
We went to dealership to look at Buick Encore met Steven Skuce after spending a full day at 3other dealers looking at comparing suv it was heart warming not to have pressure put on us to buy Steven listened to what our needs were and no BS

I chose to compromise on what I believe would have been right in order to Achieve my goal of having the vehicle I wanted with the least battle of wits over price.
I found everyone I dealt with at the dealership very pleasant and professional . I was however very disappointed in the execution of your online trade appraisal system ( not what I consider to be above board ) , and only chose to move ahead with the deal in the most strait forward manor so as not to frustrate myself and to keep it a pleasant interaction.

Steve was great to work with, awesome communication and a no pressure sale approach. He even tracked down some OEM parts for me personally instead of waiting in line at the parts department
