Very good experience
My wife and I did not feel pressured in buying a vehicle right away like the other car dealership did in the city. Our salesperson was great and well informed on the vehicle that we did purchase. He made us feel comfortable and was very pleasant when talking with him. Since my purchase i have been letting people know if they need a new vehicle to go and talk to the salesperson that we had

Follow Up needs improvement
The salesman was energetic and outgoing. He answered all my questions and looked after me fully. What needs a little attention is the follow up after purchase. I received a call 1 week after purchase, I did not have time to talk at all. I never heard back from him for 3 months and that was a very short phone call. For a company who would love repeat business and more business referrals, the follow up should be better. Outside of that, everything was good.
