Graeme and I (Claudia) were looking for an affordable, practical and beautiful vehicle to own for the next 5 to 8 years. We wanted something safe, big enough without being too big. The 2016 Tiguan was a vehicle that we were attracted to. Upon arrival at the Orillia Volkswagen, we were warmly greeted, Mark kept everything simple and smooth, which is something we enjoyed. My husband and I came by to see Mitch to talk about trading in my Eos which I had previously bought from Mitch. I had very little time to make a deal because I was leaving for BC. During my stay out west Mitch & my husband continued to negotiate & Mitch stayed in touch with me as well via email. Upon my arrival at Toronto International my husband showed up with the VW Tiguan test driving it. Our trip back to Orillia was great. The Tiguan drove very well. It was well taken care of & very roomy. The next day I arrived at VW in Orillia & the transaction went through very smoothly. By 6 pm that evening I had all transaction completed.
