It is not often that a car deakership is always forthright and honest - but Murray Hyundai is! They have some of the best service advisors in the City. I have several closer Hyundai dealers to my home but I will drive the extra distance to go to the Murray dealership. Our next Tucson will be from your dealership and had we known how good your dealership is, our last two Tucson's would have been from you.
Staff are awesome, especially my service advisor, Jessica Jorgenson. She has supported me and made very thoughtful and appreciated recommendations over the last number of years. She is very professional, researches problems and I can still give her a hug. Work was completed satisfactorily as far as I can tell.

This was a regular service check-up. I was provided with shuttle service from and back to the dealership. The new showroom is very attractive and comfortable for the time I did have to wait. The staff looked fresh and happy which is always a good indicator of the type of employer=employee relationship at any location.
They tried to charge me for a recall. I would have been overcharged $70 if I didn't ask why I was bring charges for a recall. Wouldn't trust an invoice without thorough review.
