Oil change and checklist. Lady service person was informative and positive. Reviewed form from mechanic who did oil change and let me know mileage of next service.
Service person didn’t close the screws properly after engine oil change. So after few kilometres it start leaking. I went to a oil change shop and pay again for engine oil. I have receipt for you.
I tried to go about this in a courteous and respectful manner by contacting the GM directly outlining my experience running from August of 2018 through March 2019 that included a broken windshield on the fault of the service department. I’ve asked explicitly and in no uncertain terms to be removed from all mailing and call lists. This is now the third instance of being contacted and my requests being ignored. I will never return or recommend the Murray Hyundai dealership especially the service center to anyone and will not reserve my feedback if asked. Please, once and for all, remove me from all correspondence. This is the final straw before I take next steps to report this. If anyone wants further information I am happy to forward the email I sent in March to Richard E.
