I really don't feel that the folks in Service care about me or my car.
I admit I only go in to Hyundai once a year for the fuel rebate mileage on my Veloster, but every time I go, it seems like they couldn't care less about me. The advisor pretty much just blew me off and said the cheque would be mailed out, and couldn't even give me any information about it. It has been 2 months now and I haven't heard or seen anything. Trying to call Hyundai Canada is even less entertaining, I just get circled around until I finally land on an answering machine. I shouldn't have to chase this around every year.
The service advisor was very helpful but when I replied to your previous email I had a question and received NO reply.
Service & advisor were good. I responded to a follow up email regarding next service notification with no response to my email until this is sent to.
I was inquiring why there was no sticker left regarding my next oil change and service. Why send an email asking about my service experience and ignore my reply?
While dropping off my vehicle for an oil service/change and some warranty/recall work to be done, I was quoted what everything would cost. Used the shuttle service, as they said it would take at least a few hours. Great shuttle service-very quick and friendly. However, when I picked my vehicle up 4 hours later, I was presented my bill for $200 more than the quoted amount I was provided only a few hours before. Very unimpressed. Why bother quoting people for the service being performed if you're going to gouge them anyway? The icing on the cake was that they didn't even give my vehicle a "curtosy" carwash. Very disappointing experience overall.
