I had a good experience except for one exception. I find the wipers on my new car are not very good. The tech tried them and said they were ok. Well I will probably replace them with a OEM pair with better rubber. The rubber on the factory wipers suck....
Service girl was good. Found order quickly but had to wait 1/2hr for a driver to take me to Cancer Care apt. Wasn’t told there would be a wait prior to apt. Called for driver pickup and this was very unorganized and had to wait 1 hr and then they sent two drivers. This needs to be improved before I will come again for service

As a customer, I only deal with the point-of-contact people, the ones between me and the mechanics. They continue to be quick, knowledgeable and helpful.
took back vehicle after spending 4000 for an engine light on 8 months later
they could not find anything wrong at all and said we are consulting with Hyanda off site. They then call and said they are doing an engine flush and low and behold no engine light. all the things done this time were no charge and called me on everything they were doing and checking. I paid zero thank god and want me to come back for oil change in 3000 klicks and may use synthetic oil now, bit confused and all is well and hope engine oil does not get black too soon. The person who looked after me this year as was same lat year was fantastic and was confused as well with what the problem could be Time will tell. Very happy right now as I'm sure I cant put any more money into a car with 1120,000 klicks? The service rep looking after me again was fantastic
