My Elantra2015 got engine issue less than 32 ooo km. Waiting for short block repair. No exact date. More than 2 month so far. I had to cancel two weekends long drive trips with my family.
Booked a vehicle appt a month in advance for command start in my vehicle. Called back 3 days before appt to make sure I was still getting it put in. They had no appt made for me and then proceeded to tell me they no longer stocked my vehicle command start because it was a 2013. Which upset me. Next when I got there I told them I had a flight to catch in an hour and they proceeded to take 30 minutes looking over my vehicle and asking me questions while my taxi was waiting in the parking lot for me. I ended up missing my flight and had to pay for a hotel and more taxis' all because the lady took her time. I told her to call me if she had questions so i could leave and she continued to take her time and tell me it wouldn't be very long. I got my wiper blades replaces and when I got home the one was broken. I called and emailed the dealership and was told it was my fault they were broken and then was told I could come in and get my money back if I was to purchase a new one. I haven't gone back because I live 600km away.
Oil change, warranty look over.
A part was identified that needed to be fixed and would likely be under warranty. It has been over a week since I have heard back from your customer service personnel. Emails go unanswered with no indication of receipt. As a business I would expect the 24 hour rule to apply.
People were friendly. Could not wash my car due to construction, explained why the site was under construction well. They could have offered to have it washed another way.
