Customer service very good.
With exception of being told shuttle runs until 4:30 when in fact runs till 5:00
Had to take time off work because of this information.
Not happy about that.

My only negative comment pertains to booking appointments. I also book ahead, yet when I arrive my car doesn’t get looked at when scheduled. For example my last appointment was booked and confirmed for 9:00 am. I was having an oil change and my winter tires installed. I didn’t get my car back until 4:30 that day. While I appreciate your shuttle service, I would have appreciated more getting my car back at a reasonable time. Best regards Nancy Wittevrongel
When a customer picks up their car after two days and pays an almost $1000 bill for routine things, the least they expect is a decent car wash. Its such an easy way to make a customer happy. I actually laughed at the bad job - but not a happy laugh. :(
Customer service was quick and attentive. Fall service and recommended repairs were done efficiently. I have no complaints - very satisfied with service.
