I paid extra for additional services that were substandard.
I paid for a premium wash which included a vacuum. The back seat and floor still had lots of cat hair everywhere.
I was informed of two recall notices, one was over a year old. Why wasn't I notified of these earlier? I was told the hood latch recall was from 2016 bit I received a letter in August 2017. I've never received a letter about the second issue. That's concerning.
i had a noise coming from my car i left it with them for a day and they could not find it.. but they did not charge me the $60 for the scope and when i had gone to canda tire last year they did charge me so ya for u guys not charging for the scope..
Damien was so very helpful dealing with MPI & finally enabling me to get the mechanical fixed on my Sante Fe. He allowed me & my fiancé to come down & have a look at the underside of the vehicle & explained the problems areas well. Jessica was great & helpful, keeping me informed as tot he status of the MPI claim & vehicle repairs.
The service as set up was performed in a timely manner. Appears to be no issues after the work was performed. Shuttle service was appreciated but slower.
