I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, 2 recall notices and changing the setting on my remote start from 2 mins to 10 mins. I was told everything was done, but my remote starter is still only running for 2 mins. I wouldn't be upset but I was told it was done and that it had taken the longest to get finished of all the jobs I had brought it in for. Now it's winter and I need the remote start. Staff were friendly and polite, I'm just disappointed that I was lied to about the remote start.
Brand new car has broken down 6+ times since purchasing. Very frustrating. Problems have been resolved but another problem with the vehicle seems to arise not long after. I understand it is not the staff of the dealerships fault but it is very disappointing overall.
Fast efficient service and really enjoyed the complimentary car wash. Everyone was cheerful and helpful from the service representative to the pickup counter.
Attempt to diagnose road noise ($46) recommended four wheel alignment ($146)was recommended .Santa Fe was in for 2 days. My telephone calls for status were not returned .Sevice manager did not return my calls . Did confer with him later . Two tires were cupped. Road noise persisted .Left front wheel bearing replaced .Road noise persisted . Finally went to a different service ;replaced two tires . Road noise gone.
