Plain and simple. If the service department is open and I want to check in my vehicle for service, then an adviser should check me in. I do not appreciate filling out a drop box envelope when the adviser is standing there busy trying to log off and wrap things up for themselves to go home. I'm the customer right there, requiring service during your posted business hours.
Sched service appt and a couple of bulbs needed changing. Had to return a few days later due to bulbs still out. Every time we go Murray's we have to go back 2 or 3 times.
