Remote starter was disconnected. Been back twice to the dealership and it is still not working. It was working fine prior to the technician disconnecting it.
needed to order parts for a repair, took a week to get parts in and they were not the correct parts had to wait for parts had to bring my car in 3 times got a rental for the last trip but still had to pay for insurance - took lots of my time!!!
Jessica was very courteous and pleasant. She explained clearly what was suggested for the maintenance service.
I also tried the shuttle service for the first time. It was very convenient and worked out very well around my schedule for the day.
I had to wait a bit for my car when I arrived; however, I appreciated the courteous nature of those that served me and explained the situation. They also provided me with a free car was because it was late in the day and I really didn't want to wait...so thank you.
