Service delivered as promised and in a timely fashion.
All concerns were addressed appropriately by the service staff. Explanations were given to me where necessary which allowed me to leave very satisfied! Transportation arrangements were great!!

With Damien's help we were able to sort out a few ongoing glitches on my 2015 Genesis that Hyundai Canada did not respond to on my Blind Spot Detection fiasco!
When I approached Richard Eccleston the general manager on the ongoing problem with the B.S.D. unit he dealt with the issue immediately in a very professional manner!
Thanks to both Richard and Damien hopefully this ongoing problem will be a bygone issue.
Service reps are kind and seem to follow closely their mandate and hit on all points of their soft skills training BUT what's missing is genuine care and interest!
Most are young and regard their position as very temporary with bigger plans for their future that do not involve your industry (and it shows)
EVERYTIME I bring my car in for servicing I mention my key fobs do not work properly. I spend money twice a year replacing the battery thinking that is the problem. All service reps do is acknowledge the problem, but nothing is ever done! Or it is forgotten. What is NOT forgotten however is the opportunity for an upsell of services!!!
Notwithstanding my previous words all in all the service I receive is ok. But just ok. No one wows me. No one goes above and beyond to make my experience memorable enough to recommend them to others.
