As noted above I purchased a truck through Brandon MacNeil. An agreement was reached to have 4 winter tires on steel rims installed on my truck before we would pick it up. There was difficulty obtaining the fourth tire so there was a delay for a few days. This was simply a matter of no tires available due to the time of year. As soon as the fourth tire arrived Brandon had it installed and called us. He drove to New Minas, Nova Scotia and picked us up and brought us into the dealership in Dartmouth where we obtained our new truck. We appreciated this gesture of excellent client service very much. He was very apologetic for the delay even though there was nothing he could have done to prevent it. On a general note, I think the dealership would be served well, as would new vehicle purchasers if the dealership had an employee well trained in the information systems available in new vehicles and have a brief training session prepared for clients. Brandon did a great job in showing us the vehicle features but we did not want to keep him too as he was being paged for other clients which could have led to additional sales for him. I think the training/orientation should be done by someone other than sale staff personnel. Again, we were very pleased with our experience in working with Brandon.

Brandon was a great help for my choice of vehicle. At the beginning, I’d missed understood Brandon on delivery date of the vehicle, I was getting angry with the process and the vehicle was not coming.
Once we met, he kept me in touch with progress and delivery date. The vehicle arrived, we took it for a quick drive ensuring I was pleased and he proceeded to show me all the features that were on the truck.
Brandon is exceptional; I would recommend him to anyone who would ask me for a sales representative at Steele.
It was great for Brandon arrange for me to meet the service manager and go over the maintenance schedule that will be coming up for the truck.

My service experience was exceptional, from scheduling to service day reception with Betty. She greeted me with a smile, cheerful hello and casual friendly conversation. Bruce my Service Advisor was very helpful; really, he couldn't do enough for me. Ironically, when I returned to pay for the service, my wallet was missing. actually, it was lost, as I would later discover. Bruce & Bill worked through this with me. Approximately 30 minutes after leaving Bruce contacted me to advise my wallet was found. I retrieved it and to my relief the contents were untouched. Thank you for maintaining your level of 1st class service.
