Bryan appeared very disinterested in the work he was doing or in the issue that the client was having. In error, he called me to outline repair alternatives for another client’s car. His explanation of the issue and remedy for my vehicle was superficial.
Bryan made little attempt to accommodate my hearing disability.
Only two of my six transactions with this organization’s Service Department have been pleasant. Three of the four service advisors appear to be of retirement age, lack the enthusiasm to take over ship of the client’s issue(s).

Oil change and wheel noise concern. I was treated in a polite and professional manner by Darren Bast. Darren kept me updated and was very knowledgeable. I left the dealership completely satisfied that my work and concerns were resolved
Got a oil change and yearly check up. Service people very friendly and informed me of what I needed to know. Will always get my car serviced by Wheatons.
Management of New Vehicle headed by Rob is superb, they are exemplary in customer service providing great and lot of options and making customers King and Queen during the transactions.
