My servicing encountered a problem when a new replacement part was defective. The Service Advisor, Eric Bouchard, kindly arranged a loaner vehicle for the extra day.
Overall Mr Bouchard was superb. Everything was well explained in a very courteous professional manner.
All aspects of my recent servicing were excellent.

Poor after sales service. No loaners ever and impossible to have urgent appointment for safety issues that are urgent especially at this time of year having no heat to defrost windshield and windows. They don't treat according to the Audi vision of class and premium just treated like a corner street garage
As a repeat customer, Brian Peck, greets me by name and knows my preferences. Buying a new car was quick and easy. When i picked up my new car, I met Phil Tessier. Great personality; extremely knowledgeable--so i really enjoyed getting to know my new car.

I had an excellent experience at my last service, the service advisor was very efficient and professional, and your shuttle drivers go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome.

my q5 was to have body work done and i had been told t would be 5 days.
it took 8 business days to complete the work, 10 days without my vehicle.
despite the extra time that was needed to work on my car i was never phoned to inform me of this. i had to phone to find out when my car would be finished.
i found this to be completely unacceptable.
