Stacey was very friendly and offered fast service. The branch was very clean and the car I had was clean as well.

Great experience

Car was ready. Car provided was in great condition. Rental cost reasonable. Pickup was fairly quick. Staff were professional.

Efficient and courteous service.

Service was courteous and efficient. Counter was well staffed so I didn't have to wait. Although my reservation was made months ago, staff pulled it up right away and my vehicle was ready and waiting for me.

Courteous, helpful and very professional.

I have been renting from Discount since I sold my car a few years ago. I get great service and I like that the staff know me by name when I come in.

No Vehicle Despite Reservation

Had a Cross-over SUV ordered for pickup on Sunday June 10th. Received confirmation email and a message the night before telling me that my vehicle was almost ready and could be picked up in the morning. Arrived at Discount to find no vehicle and I was told by the staff that "those emails mean nothing as the company just sends them out.". Luckily I could adjust my plans and travel the next day unlike many of the other customers in the store that day. On Monday I picked up my vehicle a full sized SUV (not the crossover I requested) and returned it on Tuesday. Not the worst experience with Discount (that was when the windshield wipers flew off the van I had rented) but it will be my last.
