I explained my preferences
Was shown pictures and features explained. As a result, I made the 7 hour drive to trade in my vehicle. Unsure if I got the fair trade in value I only expect honestly which is what I hoped I got. I explained my comfort zone financially but felt add ons to paperwork increased my bi-weekly. Overall, I liked the truck shown to me and left happy.
Keep me waiting to pick up the vehicle for repair up to now still waiting i made did my part for you guys to include me in your end of the month sale hoping you will fulfil your promise to sell me the car in good condition , the engine light on,key fob not working,mirror defrosts not working
I enjoyed my time with the Craig Dunn dealership and was able to get the truck I wanted.
Devon was a very pleasant individual to deal with throughout the time spent purchasing my truck. He was helpful in answering any of my questions either through emails or in person. He was also respectful of my time and I was quite pleased with the overall experience including the delivery to Winnipeg.
The overall Craig Dunn experience was a pleasant one. There was no pressure, just courteous responses to questions and a good exchange of information.
The only negative comments I have relate to the trade-in value placed on the 2012 Ford F150 XTR we traded on the Silverado. To this day I feel it was undervalued by upwards of $2,000.00 and this will be remembered if/when there is another purchase in the future.
