When I called to inform I would be a bit late due to family emergency I was was made to feel that that should not matter and I should still have been able to be there on time. This was not Rebecca's saying but someone in the office who answered the call.

I am sorry that our staff member made you feel as if they do not care - we have spoken to our staff to ensure that they be more understanding and compassionate when it comes to situations as yours. Rebecca is an awesome service advisor. My vehicle is always ready on time and she only does what's needed without pressuring me to do unnecessary maintenance. My oil change was completed in a timely manner and she was awesome to deal with.
