Detail work order was to be sent out have not receive it to date.
Work order not receive computer were down said they would mail it out.

Took too long to let me know my keys were lost. I didn't think I was going to be there that long. But, on the good side, SMP is the only place I've purchased my vehicles so I'm hoping this was a one time bad experience.
