Rebecca is fantastic. She has an incredible personality. She makes the SMP experience smooth from start to finish. She has a thorough knowledge base when it comes to vehicles/repair and managing the public. I never want to deal with anyone else there! She's perfection! Did I mention she has incredible humor and help makes a customers day start out right? Every time!
MY WIFE WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE (DROPPED IT OFF FIRST THING IN THE MORNING). SHE TOLD THEM THAT SHE WAS DONE WORK AT 1:30. SHE CALLED AT 2 ASKING IF THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE AND THEY SAID NO. SHE ASKED THEM TO SEND A DRIVER OVER TO PICK HER UP AND SHE WOULD WAIT AT THE DEALERSHIP. JUST AFTER THE DRIVER PICKED HER UP SHE RECEIVED THE CALL THAT THE OIL CHANGE WAS DONE. THIS TELLS ME THAT THEY STARTED THE OIL CHANGE BECAUSE SHE WAS ON HER WAY OVER. WHEN AN OIL CHANGE IS BOOKED A WEEK IN ADVANCE A PERSON SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT ESPECIALLY WHEN AN OIL CHANGE ONLY TAKES 20 MINUTES.
The length of time to get the parts was annoying to begin with and then we had a call to put a serpentine belt with a car of 520
I felt that a call to indicate that the belt required changing seems either wrong or not to be a bit of scam for the untrained eye. I presently own another vehicle with over 200,000 kms and just changed the belt. Do you think I felt that something was wrong with this suggestion?
