Crystal was easy to talk to and the whole service experience was great! No surprises!
I'm a little slow in providing this feedback, but for sure I have continued to have positive experiences at SMP Service over the years. I have found Crystal McEwan in particular to be a very pleasant and easy to work with Service Advisor. She is competent and down to earth, as well as knowledgeable in terms of advising on suggested maintenance but respectful if there's something I want to defer to a later date. I do not hesitate to refer friends to SMP for quality and timely service work.
didn't return phone calls, I got the call on my home phone that my car was ready that didn't help me any being that I was at work and needed a ride back to pick up my car.

Replaced rear shock absorber that had leaked fluid and caused a clunking noise on bumpy road.
I had also mentioned that it sounds like something else is causing a rattling noise could be exhaust pipe is not tight and that rattle is still there on bumpy roads.
