It is always so easy to come in and get the necessary service work completed. This time the oil change and other checks completed with the usual promptness, care and courtesy.
Never buying a vehicle there again. Why sell extra warrenty when your not gonna cover it anyway. What a load of shit!!

Hi Thomas, thank you for your concerns. The issues covered by warranty are dependent on the type of warranty that was purchased. In order to determine whether your warranty does indeed cover your recent repairs, I suggest checking with your Business Manager here at SMP and they can inform you whether or not it does.
