Terrible service, service desk was terrible, called 15 times in one day no answer at the service desk. Very rude people at the front desk. They told me they were putting brand new headlights in my car and that’s what I was waiting on and got there to pick it up and they were the old headlights. I never recommend ANYONE to buy from there.
Was one of the worst customer experiences ever. The parts manager was very helpful but besides that, I would never recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from your dealership after my experience.
We bought a new carravan last year, the backup camera Cable cover was broken at the day we picked up the car. The sale man tried to hide it first, but we found it out. He promised it would be replaced when we bought it back from the first maintenance. But it was not replaced, instead, the technician just roughly glued the broken pieces together. It was ugly. Bad job. It's so hard to trust the sales.
My vehicle spent the entire day at the dealership and nothing was fixed
I left my van to be checked first thing in the morning. I didn't get any callback. I had to call 3 times to get information on the problem, and was told that a part had to be ordered. During the service work, something changed with my exhaust system. The exhaust is much louder in the car, not the same as when I dropped it off. I raised this with the staff and the technician checked the exhaust and tried to bend it/adjust it in the lot. The noise was reduced temporarily but now it's back. I've always had great service at Hunt Club Dodge - I'll return there in the future instead.
Hi and thanks for asking. My sunroof is leaking. I have to remove the water from my backseat myself. They have said they would replace the sunroof. It's been a month and after repeated phone calls I still have not gotten a service date. My floor will rust out and I am worried about mold as well!
