The car that was supplied smelled like cigarette smoke. We are both highly sensitive to cigarette smoke. We cleaned the windows with windex and paper towel was yellow/ brown. We also febreezed the seats but that did not help. We called to let them know but nobody offered to replace the vehicle. Quite disappointed as we had the vehicle for the week but could not drive it.

I got charged $365 extra for not returning the vehicle with the correct gas level, vehicle was at half tank and they wanted it a bit higher

I have used every major car rental company and have never had to email and provide my full car insurance policy in order to waive your super expensive insurance. This "new policy" is obviously a cash grab meant to force more people into taking your insurance when they already have their own. Can't believe the hoops I was made to jump through in order to waive your insurance. Policies meant exclusively to grab cash from customers are obvious and just rub customers the wrong way. I will never use discount again based on this experience.

truck less than full tank of gas at start of rental
Overall everything about the rental in terms of convenience, vehicle, times, etc. was good.
Only issue was not starting with a full tank of gas but having to return it full as did not look closely at level when signing waver. I did call the service provider after return but told nothing could be done in terms of credit. This was most likely an additional $20 cost to a four hour rental.
